Celebrities share An Amazing tips on how to stay healthy

Kimberly Wyatt

"My whole life has been about dance, so I will always encourage people to do that. Dance is just the best way to have fun whilst you're getting fit. Some people like to go for a run, use a bike which I do - but it's basically finding out
what you enjoy the most. Me and my husband also enjoy callanetics, we usually help each other.

I also give him a few dance moves and yoga moves here and there. It's great because we both are really busy and we have a young family, so carving in time for the two of us can sometimes be quite difficult. But by bringing our fitness in, it means having fun. We can carve out time while still doing what we need to do."

"I just think don't worry about it for Christmas," the Saturdays singer revealed to HELLO!. "I just think that's what it's all about, especially Christmas Day and Boxing Day, I'd say save it up for those days so you can just go mental.

Everyone just eats out of house and home of chocolate, it's almost like a free pass of mince pies and chocolate and more food than you'd ever eat and then I'd say just give it a rest after Boxing Day. Throw it away!"

"As a sportsperson it's pretty important that I try and keep my fitness up during Christmas," the World, Olympic and European record holder told HELLO!. "I think a really good way of getting out there and keeping up a little bit of fitness is doing things like having long walks with your family, so you can still spend time together, and maybe take the dog out at the same time."
