The admin clerk is responsible for receiving and processing all new and existing sales applications. He/she will
ensure that all new and existing sales are regulatory compliant and fit with standard company policy and procedures.

Duties include:
  • Ensure all relevant legal/regulatory/compliance documents in accordance with the entity type is in the application.
  • Follow up on incomplete applications timeously.
  • Assist all internal/external customers regarding new and existing application statuses.
  • The POPI act needs to be adhered to, therefor all client documentation to be stored and treated in confidentiality.
  • Regulatory and compliance checks to be performed on all applications.
  • Reporting of suspected fraudulent activities on potential and existing customers to the Risk Controller.
  • Analysing transactional reports and payment histories of existing customers and reporting concerns to the Risk Controller.
  • Assist with any other relevant admin duties within the central admin department.
  • Filing and converting of all applications once completed.
  • Process documentation in accordance with company policies and processes.
  • Ensure the quality of work produced in all applicable areas is of a high standard and is accurate.
  • Ensure that all queries that are logged are followed up and resolved by the relevant departments timeously.
  • Ensure that deadlines set for the completion of work is adhere to.

Job Requirements

  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail
  • Require good clerical skills, together with computer and data entry skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Responsible and reliable, good time keeping
  • Friendly and positive attitude
