The admin clerk is responsible for receiving and processing all new and existing sales applications. He/she will
ensure that all new and existing sales are regulatory compliant and fit with standard company policy and procedures.
Duties include:
- Ensure all relevant legal/regulatory/compliance documents in accordance with the entity type is in the application.
- Follow up on incomplete applications timeously.
- Assist all internal/external customers regarding new and existing application statuses.
- The POPI act needs to be adhered to, therefor all client documentation to be stored and treated in confidentiality.
- Regulatory and compliance checks to be performed on all applications.
- Reporting of suspected fraudulent activities on potential and existing customers to the Risk Controller.
- Analysing transactional reports and payment histories of existing customers and reporting concerns to the Risk Controller.
- Assist with any other relevant admin duties within the central admin department.
- Filing and converting of all applications once completed.
- Process documentation in accordance with company policies and processes.
- Ensure the quality of work produced in all applicable areas is of a high standard and is accurate.
- Ensure that all queries that are logged are followed up and resolved by the relevant departments timeously.
- Ensure that deadlines set for the completion of work is adhere to.
